Blogging from the Couch
As I sit on the couch, watching King of the Hill with the kids, I decided it was time to blog, which is new. You see, not only do I have a functional WIFI network (something I had at times before), I have a functional 5Mbps broadband connection to connect to!
An Update: We are moved in to the new place, and the address is on the Kaela page (Password is the same). We have unpacked roughly 2/3 of the stuff, and progress is being made daily.
The Wife starts her job with me on Monday, as we have found childcare arrangements.
The House up there has not sold, and in fact has had little traffic. The market has more or less collapsed in our area for homes between $300 and $500k. So, we are considering renting it out. We had discussed being slum-lords before, but we always envisioned it being much less risky (like a college-townhouse or something to that affect). Unfortunately, life had other plans…
