Yeah, you def need better pics…and is your heat gas or electric? It lists both. Is it a heat pump (electric) with natural gas backup?

It’s not the house that makes the home, it’s the people in it. So, no matter where you find yourself, as long as y’all are together you will be home
I am sure you will find a house just as nice. Who knows, maybe something even better.

It is indeed both - we have a dual-zone house. Downstairs has a gas furnace, and upstairs has it’s own Electric heat unit. We installed 7-day programmable t-stats on both…
