Well…this is something I’ve never dealt with before…
I was let go today. More appropriately, my position as Plant Project Engineer was made redundant, and was therefore cut, and there was nowhere for my services to be of use in the company.
8 months.
They created the position in May and hired me, and within 8 months it was cut. Who knew the pasta business was so cut-throat?
Anyway - I’m not upset, just putting the word out. My resume, once it is updated, will be up shortly…

I checked kraft.com already… (I’m fast), and there was nothing even close to my skill set anywhere across the country. That’s not to say the opportunities aren’t there, but they are not posted on the publicly available site…
I appreciate your help!

Whoah. Hmmmm, any software project administration experience?

A little. Project Management is very much the same across the board - it is generally better for you to be slightly more then competant at what you are managing, but it is not a need. I have managed electrical installs, programming modifications, and the like, and I have learned much along the way.
The weakness in software projects would be that I can’t fall back on my own knowledge to check work/status/results, only my internal BS meter…

San Fran is right out - I have no issues, but the wife has declared CA out-of-bounds. For my part, I have declared TX OoB. Too much ego down there…
Princeton Job was gone from the site - le sigh…
